Scratch is a software tool that helps students learn software programming. 
This is an entry-level tool (for students who have never programmed before).  It is free and open source software, and was developed by MIT.

It is true that Scratch is easy enough for anyone to learn.  

However, at the very beginning, the user interface is very different and needs some explanation.

Scripts 1,2 & 3 are designed to be fun entry-level experiences for new programmers.  

When ready for more, try the Frogger game.

When that's not enough, then you're ready for the bigger programming world!
