    SPACE / LINEAR PERSPECTIVE

  20. Effects of large and small areas of negative space in a picture (creating mood through the use of space - loneliness, crowded, excitement, etc.)
  21. Create a collection of images to compare and contrast as per use of space
  22. Keith Haring Style Project
  23. "Tricks" to create 3D illusion on 2D surface - Introduce linear perspective
  24. Exploring 1-point perspective with a collection of boxes
  25. "City Scene"

  29. Discuss and view examples of how to applying color schemes creates specific moods (quiet, energetic, mad, happy).  Include review of how lines, shapes and use of space add to mood as well.
